Customer Service Advisor

Service Advisor- Motor Industry Nottinghamshire Up to £38k DOE + Bonus | Full Time | Permanent A well-established business in the motor industry is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join a friendly and fast-paced aftersales team at a busy service reception. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service customers, managing everything from bookings to vehicle handovers, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every step. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email * Book servicing and repairs for vehicles * Liaise with workshop staff and keep customers informed throughout the process * Prepare invoices and process customer payments * Promote relevant services or accessories where appropriate Ideal Candidate * Experience in a service advisor or customer service role (motor trade or vehicle industry preferred) * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Proficient in using computer systems for bookings and administration * Friendly, professional, and a great team player * Interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential If you are looking for an environment where you can have real impact and influence and enjoy working with people this is a great role and environment to grow and develop your career and experiences further
