Accounts Administrator – Customer Support Team Location: Preston Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 35 hours per week Hybrid Working: 10 days in the office per month after onboarding UK Staffing Group is recruiting for a newly created Accounts Administrator role on behalf of a leading international logistics provider based in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with operations across Europe, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the wider Customer Support team. As an Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, assisting with key administrative tasks that ensure smooth financial and customer service operations. Key Responsibilities: * Completion of Key Client End-of-Month Reports: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of client accounts at month-end. * Invoice Verification: Check and verify invoices for accuracy before they are sent to clients. * Customer Account Queries: Provide support in resolving customer account-related queries promptly and professionally. * Credit Notes and Refunds: Manage and process credit notes and refunds as required. * Rota Preparation: Assist in preparing team rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels. This role sits within the wider Customer Support team, but you’ll be focused on ensuring that administrative and financial tasks are handled with precision and efficiency. You will be working closely with both the customer service team and the finance department, acting as a key support function to ensure smooth business operations.
