Admin Manager Salary: £26,169 - £35,982 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm Location: Waltham Forest, E10 7AS As an Admin Manager at FCC Environment, you will organise and supervise all administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of our office. You’ll lead a team of administrators, develop and improve office systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards. This vacancy is for a full-time position, working five days per week. Experience: - A minimum of five years’ experience in office management or administration - A minimum of five years’ experience with payroll and budget management - Experience managing teams of at least four members Essential Knowledge: - Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems - Knowledge of document management, data protection, recruitment, onboarding, and training needs analysis - Experience with pay/timesheet management, office management, procurement, and filing systems Personal Attributes: - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer-facing skills - Organised, logical, and methodical approach - Flexible, highly motivated, and willing to learn - Reliable and discreet About us We are FCC Environment, one of the UK’s leading waste and resource management companies.
