Quality Manager - Aerospace Industry Location: Brentwood Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits A global aerospace distribution company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead its UK Quality function. You will develop, implement, and maintain a proactive Business Management System, ensuring all Quality KPIs are achieved and aligned with company objectives. What's on Offer £50,000 - £60,000 salary (DOE) Modern, high-spec working environment On-site gym, free fruit, and parking 25 days holiday + bank holidays Flexible hours (Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm) Enhanced pension and Cycle to Work Scheme Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the UK Quality Assurance team Maintain and improve business management systems and processes Ensure compliance with AS9120, ASA-100, FAA AC 00-56A, and customer standards Manage internal audits, corrective actions, and KPIs Drive continuous improvement and process innovation Oversee supplier quality management with procurement teams Provide guidance on ISO14001, ISO27001, and ISO45001 Experience and Qualifications Leadership experience in aerospace quality management Extensive Quality Assurance experience Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9120, ASA-100, and FAA AC 00-56A Lead Auditor qualification required Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Degree educated or equivalent experience CQI Member (MCQI/CQP) preferred Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher desirable Apply Today - Take your next step in Quality Management with a globally respected aerospace supplier.
