Oracle HCM Solution Architect

Requirements- 10+ years of Oracle HCM experience, with 3–5 years in an Architect role Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules Proven experience with integration architecture and middleware tools Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern integration methods (APIs, event-driven design) Strong background in enterprise-scale HR systems and architectural governance Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsNice-to-Haves Experience in large-scale HR transformations Exposure to Redwood UX, HCM Analytics, OTBI, or BI Publisher Experience managing multi-country implementationsDetails- 12 month contract Outside IR35 Preferance 3 days on site in Heathrow Must have full right to work/ live in the UK
