Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant – Nursery (Temporary Role, Immediate Start) 📍 Hitchin, Hertfordshire 🕒 Full-time / Temporary Position – Until Christmas (with potential to extend) 💷 £90–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) 🚀 Immediate Start Available We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and well-resourced school nursery in Hitchin on a temporary basis until Christmas, with the possibility of extension. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Early Years practitioner who loves supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing, engaging environment. About the School: The school is based in the historic market town of Hitchin, offering excellent facilities and strong community links. With around 220 children on roll and a thriving nursery, it has supportive parents and governors, and was judged “good with outstanding features” in its most recent Ofsted inspection. The Role: You’ll support children’s early learning and development within the nursery, working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team to create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for all pupils.
