IT Manager

Position: IT Manager Location: London Salary: £75,000-£90,000 Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Manager to lead and manage critical integrations across our enterprise landscape, including SAP S4/HANA with Magento, Marketplaces, Trade byte, our Warehouse Management System (WMS), Store force, and Cegid (POS) for our retail stores, along with other supporting systems. Responsibilities: Driving IT Strategy & Roadmap Development - Develop and execute the company’s overall IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Drive digital transformation projects and evaluate emerging technologies to support innovation. - Cross-border collaboration with HQ IT team and Global IT team. - Cross functional collaboration: to be bridge with Retail, E-com, supply chain, marketing and finance team. Systems & Applications Management - Manage and improve internal systems and business applications to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensure correct transfer of pricing, promotions, and product data from SAP S4/HANA to Magento, Cegid (POS) and other channels, maintaining accuracy across multiple currencies. Integration Management and System Connectivity - Lead the integration of SAP S4/HANA with Magento, WMS, Store force, Cegid, and other internal systems to maintain stable and high-performance connectivity. Data Conversion, Mapping, and Validation - Oversee data conversion processes, ensuring accurate mapping and synchronization between SAP S4/HANA, Magento, EDICOM, Store force, Cegid and other connected platforms. - Validate product, inventory, customer, and order data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. - Manage SAP S4/HANA processing of loyalty data, including conversion and output of loyalty points for customer reward programs. WMS and Order Management Support New Market and Currency Enablement Omnichannel and Endless Aisle Projects Requirements: Experience - 10+ years of professional experience with SAP, preferably SAP HANA, including direct integration with e-commerce, WMS, or POS systems. - 5+ years of retail industry experience, preferably luxury or fashion apparel brands experience. - Proven track record in managing complex integrations across multi-country and multi-currency environments. - Experience leading or contributing to omnichannel and real-time data initiatives. Technical Skills - Expertise in SAP S4/HANA integration tools, APIs, and middleware such as SAP CPI or PI/PO. - Proficiency in XML, JSON, and IDoc data formats, with strong SQL and database management skills. - Knowledge of tax configuration, pricing logic, and multi-currency setup within SAP HANA. Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Leadership experience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
