We are passionate about innovation, safety, and developing a skilled workforce to support our growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation workforce, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the development of apprentices and electricians within our renewable energy projects. This role requires hands-on experience in renewables and a proven track record as a qualifying supervisor. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise, mentor, and assess electricians to ensure they meet competency standards. * Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical installation work on renewable energy projects. * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery. * Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team. * Conduct regular audits and inspections of electrical work to maintain high standards. * Maintain accurate records of workforce training, competency assessments, and site activities. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven experience as a Qualifying Supervisor, ideally in a renewables or electrical contracting environment. * Extensive knowledge of UK electrical regulations and standards. * Hands-on experience with electrical installations in domestic and commercial renewable energy projects * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and organisational abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation (or higher). * ECS or JIB registration preferred.
