Our client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator. The role is offered as a 12-week position which may be extended. Rate: from £13.34 ph Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Paid weekly, PAYE via React Recruitment Ltd No remote working Location: New Hythe/Larkfield When permanent employee benefits include: Holiday: 25 days + BH Other: Benenden Health Care, pension, cycle to work + more 6-month probationary period Suitable Purchasing Administrator candidates will have excellent * admin and MS Office experience – Word, Excel, Outlook etc * MRP experience – desirable * Good communication skills – verbal and written The role of Purchasing Administrator will be assisting the Purchasing Manager in general administration duties: Purchasing Administrator duties will include: * Placing production purchase orders as determined by MRP * Raising purchase requisitions for approval and converting to purchase orders * Progress chasing purchase orders * Updating sales orders for purchased items * Monitoring order acknowledgements Administering the Product Returns Process * Maintain returns register * Ensure credit notes are received as required
