Location: Cardiff Pay Rate: £12.70 Weekdays £19.71 Saturdays and Nights £23.24 Sundays and Bank Holidays Hours - Please note you will only work Term Time only You will be required to work 5 shifts across 7 days (Monday to Sunday) 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be between the hours of 6:00 am and 1:00 am Contract: Temporary, ongoing The Role Manpower is looking for experienced Baristas to join busy retail units across Cardiff. If you love making great coffee and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you. What You'll Do: Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to a high standard. Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers. Operate tills and handle cash and card payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your work area. Restock supplies and assist with deliveries when needed. Work flexibly across multiple retail locations as part of a supportive team.What We're Looking For: Previous Barista experience is essential. Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate (we can support you with this). Strong communication and customer service skills. Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
