Sales Consultant - Housing Association London £20-£25 an hour Temporary initially 3 months potential to be extended DL and vehicle needed Our client a large housing association is looking to recruit a Sales Consultant on a temporary basis to sell properties within the organisations sales programme. You will deliver reservations, exchanges, and completions to agreed site targets and provide an outstanding customer experience. You will also be responsible for: Carry out inspections to the sales units and ensure offices and show homes are properly equipped. Run and maintain the marketing and sales suite on site welcoming visitors and conduct viewings Manage the customer journey from reservation to completion including weekly contact with the customer Liaise with the customer and their mortgage broker to ensure timely set up of finances Monitor and report on sales progress To be considered for the role you will need experience of working in the residential new build property sector.
