Assistant Site Manager

Project Details: Traditional build housing development — overseeing final snagging across 9 plots. The role will support the Site Manager in coordinating finishing trades and ensuring homes are handed over to the required standard. Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day operations on site. * Oversee snagging and finishing works across 9 plots to achieve handover quality. * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure all defects are closed out efficiently. * Carry out quality checks and monitor progress against programme. * Ensure site health & safety standards are maintained at all times. * Report daily progress to the Site Manager and highlight any potential delays or issues. Requirements: * Experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, or Snagging Supervisor on traditional build housing projects. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Immediate availability for a 3-week assignment
