SG Personnel are working with a subsidiary of a global manufacturing business who have a rapidly expanding manufacturing plant based in Washington. The Company are one of the leading suppliers in their field who have grown quickly since start up of this unit/division 4 years ago, The Company would like to recruit a customer service coordinator who will support day-to-day business operations across customer service, logistics and vendor management. Duties will include: * Ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers and customers. * Customer service - respond to customer enquires via email and phone * Track and manage order status, delays and issues * Assist in planning and booking international shipments * Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses and carriers * Liaise with vendors to confirm lead times and delivery dates * Support purchase order processing and confirmations * Maintain accurate inventory or order management records The successful candidate must have the following: * Strong experience in operations, logistics, customer service or supply chain * Strong communication and follow up skills * Experience working with vendors, 3PLs or internal fulfilment teams * Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP, shipping and management tools The salary range is from £30,000 to £32,000
