Electrical Site Manager About the role We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical works on a high-profile commercial project. You’ll be responsible for managing all on-site electrical activities, ensuring installation quality, safety compliance, and timely delivery of works in line with project specifications. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate all electrical works on site, including directly employed electricians and subcontractors * Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and designs to ensure accurate installation * Plan, manage, and monitor progress to meet programme milestones * Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and compliance * Work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, and other trade leads to coordinate site activities * Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times – review RAMS, ensure PPE compliance, and promote a safe working environment * Oversee testing, inspection, and commissioning processes; review documentation and sign-offs * Manage snagging, defect resolution, and handover documentation * Maintain accurate daily and weekly site reports, labour records, and material usage logs * Identify potential risks, delays, and technical issues, escalating where required Required Qualifications & Experience * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects * Proven track record managing electrical installation teams on large-scale sites * Valid ECS Gold Card * SSSTS or SMSTS certification * Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site procedures * Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills * Full UK Driving Licence Why Join Us? * Be part of a dynamic, professional project delivery team * Manage key elements of a landmark commercial development * Competitive freelance day rate and long-term project duration To Apply: Please send up to date CV to apply for the Electrical Site Manager
