Field Service Engineer

Do you have an Electrical Engineering qualification? Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Service Technician for our client in the Midlands. Our client is a leader in logistics and storage spaces. The Role: You will be responsible for visiting customer sites and providing a high quality of customer service alongside servicing and maintaining storage and retrieval systems. Responsibilities include: * Electrical and mechanical fault finding, servicing, and maintenance * Work within agreed quality, health, and safety standards * Undertake work at different customer sites * Report on a visit-by-visit basis by compiling appropriate documentation * Assisting fellow service team members when required About you: * Experience Electrical Mechanical Engineer * Experience with 3 phase electrical systems * Motivated to work in a field service role * Great communicator with great customer service skills * Ability to work on your own and as part of a team Benefits: * £36,000 starting base salary (Salary banding system, regular pay reviews) * OTE £45,000 - £50,000 + * Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 * Mercedes Company van (private use) * Equipment and tools provided * Pension * Holidays * Overtime If you are interested, please call Josh Hoyle on (phone number removed) or apply online * Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position
