Job Description Position: Plumber / Foreman Job Type: Temporary Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 Industry: Construction Trades Location: Buckingham Gate, London Rate of Pay: £200 – £250 per day* Qualifications & Experience Required: CSCS Card, SSSTS, First Aid Duration: Ongoing Role Overview ITS Building People are seeking an experienced and hardworking Plumber / Foreman to assist our client, a small housing developer, on a project based in London. Own transport and tools are preferred. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime. Daily Responsibilities * Work under the supervision and management of the Project Manager and Site Manager. * Lead and supervise a team of plumbers. * Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality of work. * Coordinate plumbing activities with other trades (electrical, HVAC, and construction). * Review blueprints and ensure installations comply with design specifications and building codes. * Plan labour, materials, and equipment requirements for each phase of work. * Track project progress, schedule tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Requirements * Valid CSCS Card and SSSTS qualification. * First Aid certificate. * Own tools and reliable transport. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installations. * Proven leadership and coordination skills. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities. Rates of Pay Where a range of pay is quoted, the minimum rate applies to candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and experience listed.
