Anderson Knight is recruiting for a Content and Document Specialist. This role involves creating and formatting high-quality documents, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in Microsoft Word and Foxit. Key Responsibilities: * Edit, amend, and format documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the firm’s house style. * Meet deadlines set by fee earners and proactively communicate if time constraints cannot be met. * Handle phone calls, emails, and Teams messages, taking clear instructions regarding document requirements. * Report document or printer issues to IT support and assist with troubleshooting. * Communicate regularly with coordinators to keep them updated on document progress. * Assist with special projects, client-specific document formatting, and updating templates as required. * Transcribe dictations accurately and within agreed timeframes. * Support the PA team with document queries, sharing knowledge, and identifying any training needs. * Collaborate with IT and Smarter Working teams on software updates and formatting projects. * Assist with Bundledocs and other ad-hoc tasks as directed by line managers or fee earners. Candidate Profile/Technical Skills: Essential: * Strong organisational, technical, and problem-solving skills. * High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. * Previous experience in a document production role with advanced Word skills (styles, cross-referencing, track changes, TOC). * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
