This is an opportunity to work for a leading business in a fantastic location and successful candidates' daily duties will consist of liaising with customers via the phone, live chat and email to offer support and advice, communicate professionally with an emphasis on customer care when answering customer queries, promote self-service channels and dealing with complaints effectively.
