We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive Main Car Dealer who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Finchley area. Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.   Benefits: Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-6.00pm  Salary: £28,600 basic with an OTE of £35,000 Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Family feel and friendly environmentRequirements: A working experience within a Service Advisor role The ability to upsell on service work and service plans Customer Focused and an excellent communicator Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties: Providing a pro-active service to customers. Scheduling in their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work. Arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. Take ownership of customer queries and resolve any issues. Invoicing work done and taking payments. Working towards company targets and KPI’s.For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £28,600 basic with an OTE of £35,000.
