Warehouse Operator

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Stockton area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in warehousing The Job You'll Do: * Carry out general warehouse operations, including FLT driving, stock movements, palletising, picking, and handballing. * Receive and unload incoming goods and components safely and efficiently. * Maintain accurate documentation and stock records at all times. * Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and report discrepancies. * Ensure correct handling, return, and storage of materials. * Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety awareness within the warehouse. * Update and manage warehouse stock systems (Dispatcher and internal software). * Assist with deliveries and collections using company vehicles when required. * Report any operational issues or problems to the Team Leader or Operations Manager. * Support the wider team and perform any reasonable tasks as directed. About You: * Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills. * Understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes. * Knowledge of Dispatcher System applications, MHE, and product handling preferred. * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. * Good standard of education. * FLT licence required (Flexi licence preferred). * Suitable warehousing or storage qualification desirable. * Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment essential.
