Brand and Creative Content Manager


Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with an ambitious, sexy, think outside the box company in the Staffordshire area to recruit for a Brand & Creative Content Manager ! This role is the in-house creative lead, the person who makes sure everything the customers see looks, feels, and sounds right Ideal background will be in Digital, Ecommerce with a strong design experience, as this will be a core part of the role Salary - up to £40,000 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm - Hybrid / remote available Most of your work will be digital and e-commerce focused. You’ll create and publish premium A+ content for Amazon and other online marketplaces, design product imagery, banners, and website assets, and develop creative copy that tells the brand story. . There’s also a small trade element, supporting with point-of-sale materials, product spec sheets, trade show visuals, and branded merchandise.___ Day to day · Designing and publishing premium A+ content and product listings on Amazon and other online retailers · Creating product visuals and imagery for marketplaces such as eBay, B&Q, Debenhams, and The Range · Building and optimising product content that converts, including visuals, titles, and product copy · Managing product assets end-to-end, from briefing photographers and coordinating shoots to uploading and optimising content across platforms · Designing banners, landing pages, and email newsletters for our website · Taking full ownership of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visuals, messaging, and creative assets · Developing and evolving brand guidelines, ensuring our look and feel remains cohesive as the brand and product range expand · Writing clear, SEO-friendly copy for Amazon, websites, and digital advertising · Creating and posting LinkedIn content to help build brand awareness, with social media activity to follow later in the year · Producing occasional trade materials such as POS artwork, brochures, spec sheets, or event materials · Supporting with short-form video or motion content as we grow (desirable) So if you have a strong design portfolio, experience creating e-commerce content and developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity or creative guidelines then this is the role for you
