Transport Administrator


We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a well known clothing retailer in Hemel Hempstead HP2 7GH with good transport links, onsite parking, and guaranteed work until the end of January 2026!! Hours & Shifts:  Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (Apply online only)) Pay Rate: £14.94 per hour As Transport Administrator you will be working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse/ office environment undertaking any of the following duties: Completing service documents Updating the fleet planner Scheduling vehicle services Maintaining 15 months of vehicle documentation Liaising with external vendors Updating defect records We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following: Previous experience in an Administrator role or similar IT Literate with good knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets would be useful  Ability to work in a targeted environment Excellent attention to detail Benefits: Good public transport links Onsite Free Parking Subsidised Canteen Full training provided – “buddy system” with an experienced Administrator and full induction training in place Online payslips Weekly pay A friendly and helpful Meridian team to support you with any queries at any time Apply now or call our Milton Keynes office to discuss this Transport Administrator role in more detail!
