JOB SPECIFICATION: Finance Manager As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal part in creating and maintaining a productive, organised finance department. In addition, you will be responsible for: - Planning, organising and overseeing the monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks of the team. Accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, statements and audit schedules. Establishing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures aligned with company goals. Training, mentoring, and evaluating the accounting team performance Identifying process inefficiencies and implement best practices for improved workflow REQUIREMENTS: Finance Manager This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking, detail oriented and ambitious individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. In addition, you’ll need the following skills and experience: - Qualification within Accounting or Finance. Suitable experience within an accounting or finance management role with broad exposure across different parts of finance Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred) ACCA/CPA or equivalent certification preferred  Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Effective communication and leadership skills High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism At least 2 years team leadership or management experience.
