Our Plymouth branch is looking for a commercially-minded, people-focused Deputy Manager to help drive performance, develop business opportunities, and support the continued success of our team. The Role As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the branch alongside the Branch Manager — focusing on business growth, client relationships, and commercial success. You’ll combine leadership with strategy: supporting your team to deliver exceptional service, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the branch meets its goals and compliance standards. Your day-to-day will include: Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Plymouth branch Leading business development activity — identifying and converting new client opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs, and taking action to boost results Ensuring compliance with company standards Supporting recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals Motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent service and grow the branch About You You’ll be an enthusiastic, confident leader with a head for business and a heart for people.
