Customer Service/ Sales order processor Wolverhampton Temp-perm £12.21 per hour (will increase after temp period) Monday-Thursday (9am-5pm) Friday- (9am-3:15pm) Our client, a well-established business within the Wolverhampton area is currently on the lookout for a Customer Service/ Sales order processor to join their team. In this role, you will be faced with a range of duties to contribute to the smooth operations within the business. Main responsibilities (not limited to): Accurately input and process customer orders onto the internal system. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively. Ensure all customer records and order details are kept up to date and accurate. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing. Proactively contact lapsed or inactive clients to re-establish relationships and encourage repeat business. Support the generation of new business through follow-up calls and customer engagement. Handle customer issues or complaints efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the wider customer service and sales teams as required. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold excellent service standards at all times. Person specification: Strong attention to detail. Experience in Customer Service/order processing/admin.
