Civil Engineer — Renewable Energy Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary Up to £44,000 - £57,000 This position will report to the Construction Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar power plant construction, excellent technical and organisational skills, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and performance. 🔸 Key Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project design criteria and company standards. * Review and interpret engineering designs and construction drawings, cross-checking for potential errors or inconsistencies. * Support subcontractors during installation activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements. * Report daily to the Construction or Project Manager on construction progress, materials received, and on-site issues. * Track and manage construction materials, monitoring usage and stock levels. * Communicate design changes and updates to subcontractors and ensure they are correctly implemented on site. * Implement and oversee the project’s Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programmes. 🎯 Candidate Requirements & Skills * Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering. * Relevant experience within Utility-Scale Solar or BESS * Strong technical competence and ability to interpret detailed engineering designs. * Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards. 🎁 Benefits / Perks * Up to £57,000 + Package * Health insurance / group health plans * Pension plan * Personal development & training opportunities * Bonus * 25 days + 8BH * And more
