The Role of the Dutch or Danish speaking Account Executive As a Dutch or Danish speaking Account Executive, you will work with HNWI's in the Benelux or Denmark who have expressed interest in the company’s services. Using proven sales techniques, you’ll uncover investors’ goals, educate them on company services, and schedule meetings with regional sales partners. There is no cold calling - investors have already made contact to the company and expressed an interest. You’ll work alongside experienced mentors, refine your sales skills, build meaningful relationships, and shape your own career path. Job responsibilities: * Follow up on client interest in the products to understand their need and interests * Communicate the company’s value proposition to high-net-worth investors and arrange meetings with regional sales partners * Contribute to firm growth while improving clients’ financial well-being * Receive warm leads from our marketing team —no cold calling required Candidate background * Fluency in Danish OR Dutch * Some previous sales experience or a strong passion for a sales career * Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals, working to targets * A competitive, sales focused personality is essential * Ability to earn trust and act in clients’ best interests * Excellent communication skills Salary & Benefits: * Base salary of €34,500 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE €80,000+) * 1/4 exta bonus target €rewards! * 28 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional days, plus up to 11 paid holidays * Relocation package of 8,000 EUROS to relocate to Dublin if necessary * Enhanced maternity pay package: 26 weeks’ top-up to full base pay for eligible employees * Retirement pension plan: 9% company contribution plus additional match up to 5% of base pay * Monthly gym subsidy up to 50 * Employee Assistance Program and other emotional wellbeing services * Collaborative environment with ongoing training, educational support, and employee appreciation events How to Apply: To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to: Contact: Jonathan Grimes
