Commercial Manager - Vienna

Based on site near Vienna, you will be the Commercial Lead on site handling a €100+ Million Project for a Major Tech Client. We are working with a key player in the Data Centre space and they are after a driven Commercial Manager. This role will see your focus on a MW Data Centre, ensuring financial business success. You will have a practical approach to management that allows you to grow a thriving commercial team. You will collaborate with clients & the supply chain to ensure you are across all the commercial activities. This is a great opportunity for someone to grow a Commercial team with a direct line to the Group Commercial Director. Your Role: * A focus on financial and project success * A decision maker in a fast-paced environment * Build strong Team and Client Relationships * Travelling to meet business needs Experience Needed: * BSc Quantity Surveying * Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilisation and Visa’s) * Clear experience working on Mission Critical Data projects * Open to travel is a must * Experienced in FIDIC & JCT * 13 Years Post Graduate experience Benefits: * Up to €150,000 basic depending on experience * Car Allowance * Accommodation provided * Pension and Health Care
