Production Manager Location: Bedford Salary: £45 - £55,000 DOE Great benefits package! We're seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead a high-performing manufacturing team and ensure delivery of the production schedule through strong planning, communication, and leadership. Lead, motivate, and develop team members to build capability and engagement. Collaborate with Planning, Assembly, and other functions to maintain workflow efficiency. Identify and resolve bottlenecks while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement, applying lean principles and KPIs to enhance performance. Promote a positive, solutions-focused culture based on accountability and teamwork.About You as a Production Manager Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods. Excellent communicator with a collaborative and analytical mindset. Proficient in ERP or production planning systems.
