Polish, Lithuanian, Spanish, French, German, Bulgarian etc Proficiency in CRM tools and business KPI management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing abilities  European Haulage Subcontractor Coordinator – Responsibilities    Subcontractor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with subcontracted logistics providers, ensuring service levels are met, costs are controlled, and compliance with regulations is maintained.
