We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate aspiring to become an Educational Psychologist to join secondary schools across Leeds as a Learning Support Assistant. This full-time position provides invaluable classroom experience supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping you develop key skills in learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. Why This Role is Perfect for Aspiring Educational Psychologists? This role provides daily exposure to the practical side of educational psychology, ideal for graduates planning to apply for postgraduate training or an Educational Psychology Doctorate. You'll support students aged 4-18 with diverse needs including Autism, ADHD, Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Start date: November or January Location: Leeds Salary: £101.40 - £120 Contract: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm You'll gain valuable experience in: Applying psychological and educational strategies such as emotional regulation and sensory integration.
