Description Develop and maintain the financial crime compliance framework in line with regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate financial crime risks. Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on compliance matters. Monitor and report on financial crime trends and implement mitigation strategies. Draft and review policies and procedures related to financial crime compliance.Profile A successful Financial Crime Compliance Officer should have: A strong background in financial crime compliance within the financial services industry. Proficiency in understanding and interpreting financial crime regulations.
