Job Title: Production Operatives – Temp to Perm Location: Ashington, West Sussex (Please note own transport is essential due to limited public transport access) Salary: £12.36 per hour Shifts: 4-on / 4-off rotation, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) A well-established food production company based in Ashington is looking for Production Operatives to join its growing team. The company offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where hands-on work and attention to detail are key. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to build a long-term career within production.
