Senior Concierge / Front of House – Chelsea – c£38k We’re working with a Super Prime Managing agent who oversee some of the most prestigious, iconic, luxurious, and desirable blocks in West and SW London. On one site, in Chelsea, they are now looking to appoint Senior Concierge / Front of House as follows: * Full time, permanent role working an average of 42 hours per week (days) * Based in Chelsea * Heading up the Front of House operations, leading the concierge and porter team in their provision of a 5* luxury service to residents and their guests * Training Concierge and Porter Staff to meet the 5* standards expected * Liaising with Residents, Visitors and Contractors as they enter the building, providing advice and guidance in accordance with the 5* luxury ethos of the site * Undertaking related administrative tasks, reporting back to the Estate Manager * You will have excellent spoken and written English with immaculate presentation * Previous experience in 5* Hotel/Hospitality or Super Prime Residential Developments essential * 5 years concierge experience required with proven front of house exposure essential Salary for the successful Senior Concierge / Front of House will start around £38k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
