Graduate Technical Administrator

The Role As a Graduate Quality & Technical Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the technical and quality functions of the business. This hands-on position offers full training and exposure across multiple areas — from customer relations and supplier management to product specification and compliance. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that works closely with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Principal Accountabilities: * Manage and respond to customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Maintain and update the supplier approval database. * Support with customer queries, including supplier approval questionnaires. * Assist in completing finished product specifications, mainly for food service customers. * Help review and approve raw material specifications, product labelling, and artwork. * Carry out administrative duties within the technical department as required. * Support product export activities and liaise with relevant authorities.
