Quality Assurance   Location: Civic Campus, Euclid Street, SN1 2JG Start Date: ASAP                                                Contract Duration: 3+ Months Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 35.30 per hour Job Ref: OR16073 Job Responsibilities Improve quality and culture in services. Ensure safety and rights of children are prioritized. Facilitate and organize necessary meetings. Challenge and support practices for better outcomes. Lead services to positively impact children. Promote continuous improvement and oversight. Review care plans and investigate allegations. Provide safeguarding advice and conduct audits. Help families express views and manage plans. Handle complex issues and meet deadlines. Person Specifications Must Have: Strong values for working with families and partners. Commitment to quality and good practice. Honest reflection and willingness to learn. Ability to build professional relationships. Nice to Have: Experience in influencing complex matters.
