CRM Marketing Specialist


We’re looking for a creative and data-driven CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Experience team. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer engagement and driving commercial outcomes through targeted, automated marketing campaigns. You’ll use CRM data to deliver timely, personalised communications that convert prospects, retain existing customers, and support cross-sell opportunities. Working closely with marketing, communications, and commercial teams, you’ll help ensure campaigns are insight-led, compliant, and optimised for impact across all channels. What you’ll be doing * Prepare, deliver, and evaluate email campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools. * Manage customer lists, segments, and personalisation strategies to ensure relevance and accuracy. * Support the implementation of automation tools and communication platforms to improve efficiency. * Track campaign performance and analyse results to identify trends and opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing, communications, and commercial teams to align messages and timing. * Ensure campaigns meet GDPR and accessibility standards across all devices and clients. * Provide expert guidance on CRM and email best practice, supporting continuous improvement.
