What You’ll Do as a Graduate Estate Agent As a Graduate Estate Agent, your daily responsibilities will include: * Engaging with clients through face-to-face meetings and telephone consultations. * Presenting tailored property or service solutions with clarity and confidence. * Converting qualified leads into successful instructions or deals. * Building long-term relationships and ensuring a smooth customer experience. * Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise performance. * Continuously improving via ongoing training, coaching, and development. What We’re Looking For * A recent graduate in any discipline. * Strong communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence. * Results-driven mindset and a desire to exceed targets. * Professional, articulate, and commercially aware. * The ability to work both independently and within a high-performance team. * Prior sales or customer service experience is a bonus — but not essential for the right Graduate Estate Agent.
