Interim Manager - Nursing Home


We are seeking a highly skilled Interim Manager for our client's modern, purpose-built nursing home in Brighton. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in nursing home management and expertise in driving culture change and improving occupancy rates. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards of care. - Lead and implement culture change initiatives to foster a positive, person centered environment. - Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy rates. - Manage and support staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a motivated and effective team. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including residents, families, and healthcare professionals, to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. - Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to optimise resources.
