Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Support – PRUH (Princess Royal University Hospital) Location: Princess Royal University Hospital, Orpington Rate: £23.97 per hour (PAYE) / £31.07 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Contract Type: Full-Time, Onsite About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Support professional to join our Commercial Team based onsite at PRUH. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role supporting both operational and commercial functions across a range of Hard FM and Life Cycle projects. The successful candidate will manage costs, review subcontractor proposals, support pricing activities, and ensure effective commercial management across ongoing and new works. Key Responsibilities: * Attend internal and external meetings with stakeholders. * Support Vinci Building Solutions and Operations teams across end-to-end project delivery. * Review all Requests for Alterations, Minor Works, and Hard FM Service Variations to support pricing and assess ongoing service impacts. * Assist the Commercial Team with Life Cycle projects – reviewing subcontractor fee proposals and validating applications for payment. * Prepare and submit client Drawdown Requests. * Manage and support early asset failures, ensuring correct documentation and progress tracking. * Support with rechargeable works and procurement activities as required. Key Skills & Experience: * Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. * Experience within Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, or similar environments. * Background in Management Accountancy (CIMA) or Business Administration also considered. * Proficient in managing cost data, reporting, and validating project progress.
