About the Role: Imperial Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a leading printing company based in Washington to appoint a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll take responsibility for managing and growing relationships with some of the business’s most important customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities, deliver solutions, and drive long-term client satisfaction and commercial success. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients. * Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth. * Oversee project delivery, ensuring products and services meet client expectations. * Act as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. * Resolve issues and maintain long-term partnerships built on trust and value. * Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and client performance reviews. About You: * Proven experience in account management or a customer-facing commercial role (print industry experience preferred). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability. * Commercially astute, with a focus on delivering value and protecting margin. * Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
