The Role: As Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all finishing trades to ensure high-quality standards are met across luxury residential projects. You will play a crucial role in managing teams, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the developer’s exacting standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage all finishing trades on-site, including painting, joinery, tiling, and other fit-out works. * Ensure work is completed to a high standard, reflecting the quality expected in luxury developments. * Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines. * Work closely with the site manager and project teams to resolve issues promptly. * Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager ideally within the luxury residential or high-end refurbishment sector. * Strong knowledge of finishing trades and materials. * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications.
