Auction Warehouse Operative / Driver / Porter Very varied duties within family firm of Auctioneers, selling machinery, vehicles & stock for liquidators, from our own large site on Roundthorn Industrial Estate in South Manchester Auction Warehouse Operative Duties include: * Driving, collecting, sorting, moving (sometimes heavy/large items) * Supervising customer collections & viewings, * Cleaning, handywork and much more.. Mostly based at our premises in South Manchester but sometimes at other locations - requires flexibility for occasional early starts/late finishes. The applicant must have a can-do attitude and enjoy turning their hand to whatever is required Standard 40 hour week, with standard hours 8.30am - 5pm with half hour for lunch Auction Warehouse Operative Benefits: * We offer 4 weeks paid holiday in addition to bank holidays PLUS an extra 3-5 days paid over Xmas, not taken out of your holiday allowance, because Robson Kay closes from Xmas eve until New Year. * Paid monthly, £13.21 per hour * Pay increase every January. * Free parking on site. We are close to Roundthorn Metrolink Station The candidate must have a clean driving licence, be numerate & literate and preferably, have some FLT experience or an FLT licence.
