Senior Project Manager Location: Daventry Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum Package: Company Vehicle or £5,200 Allowance + 25 days annual leave (+ 8 bank holidays) + up to 15% bonus + Private Healthcare + Excellent Benefits The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management service providers. Based on a key facility in Daventry, you will lead the on-site project management team delivering a diverse range of mechanical and electrical (M&E) upgrade works, asset replacements, and decarbonisation projects. This role will also see you oversee occasional refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring successful project delivery to agreed quality, safety, time, and cost standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage an on-site team of Project Supervisors and Site Managers to deliver multiple concurrent projects. * Act as the key client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of all project scopes. * Plan and oversee M&E upgrade and replacement projects, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. * Develop and manage mobilisation, transition, and operational plans, ensuring commercial and operational deliverables are achieved. * Monitor project performance against budget, schedule, and quality targets, implementing corrective actions where necessary * Ensure full compliance with company and client health, safety, and environmental standards. * Report directly into the senior leadership team, providing regular progress updates and performance insights. * Lead each scope of works from conception through to completion. * Genuine opportunity to lead high-value, sustainable project programmes within a market-leading organisation About You * Qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent). * Proven experience delivering M&E upgrade, replacement, or refurbishment projects within a Facilities Management or Building Services environment. * Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing on-site delivery teams. * Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management abilities. * Commercially astute with a strong grasp of cost control and project governance. * Able to commute to Daventry 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.
