Are you a natural organiser with a talent for keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a varied role where no two days are the same, and you're the go-to person when something needs sorting? If you’re looking for a position where you can take ownership, make a difference, and be right at the heart of operations, this could be the perfect next step. The Bolney Wine Estate is one of England’s most enviable sparkling wine producers and has carved out a stellar reputation for quality, innovation, and craft. Now proudly part of the Freixenet Copestick portfolio, Bolney represents the pinnacle of English sparkling wine and is looking for a well-organised Co-ordinator to join their team. As Admin Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Hospitality & Commercial, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Bolney site. From supporting HR processes and overseeing building maintenance to arranging training, meetings, and handling general administration, this position is highly hands-on and crucial to the site's operation. You’ll work closely with multiple departments and be the first port of call when something needs action. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to HR, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes and organising staff training. * Coordinate site maintenance and liaise with external contractors to ensure facilities are well-managed and compliant. * Act as the site’s health and safety lead, maintaining high standards across operations. * Manage internal processes such as payroll support, petty cash handling, post distribution, and stationery ordering. * Oversee security and alarm systems, including CCTV and supplier contact. * Support with the planning of meetings, tours, and team events. Skills & Experience: * Prior experience in administration is essential, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-functional environment. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams. * Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problems. * Confident juggling competing priorities and adapting to changing demands. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Some knowledge of facilities management or health & safety would be advantageous.
