An established engineering company is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Engineer to join their team at their facility in Storrington, West Sussex. Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, plus car or allowance, private healthcare, performance-related incentives, and a review after 6 months The Role: A dynamic position combining technical expertise with customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Follow up on enquiries and generate new leads * Increase market presence and raise the company’s profile * Conduct on-site equipment demonstrations * Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events Candidate Profile: * Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline * Minimum 2 years’ experience with mechanical or technical products * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets * Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially focused * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Confident engaging with customers and comfortable in a field-based role
