Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and organisation of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Communicate effectively with clients via email, responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Attend various events, helping with setup, coordination, and on-the-day logistics. Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives to promote events and our new premises. Be flexible with hours as the role may lead to full-time opportunities based on performance and business needs. What We're Looking For: A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about event management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members effectively. Previous experience in a similar role or marketing knowledge is an advantage but not essential. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
