Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional client experience: Lead by example, ensuring every customer interaction is warm, memorable, and aligned with the brand’s premium standards. Drive sales and business growth: Take full accountability for store performance, implementing commercial strategies to exceed sales and KPI targets. Lead, inspire, and develop your team: Recruit, train, and mentor your team to deliver best-in-class service and uphold the brand’s values. Maintain operational excellence: Oversee store presentation, merchandising, and day-to-day operations in line with brand guidelines. Safeguard profit and brand integrity: Manage inventory, control costs, and implement effective loss prevention measures. Communicate effectively: Ensure clear and consistent communication across your team and with head office. About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role within fashion or premium retail. A confident and inspiring leader with strong people skills and commercial awareness. Results-driven, analytical, and proactive in achieving targets. Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Adaptable, energetic, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced retail environment. A natural brand ambassador with a love for contemporary fashion and design.
