Operations Manager

Marble Talent Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading Security Company based in the Bolton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised professional to take on a key leadership role within a growing business, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring service delivery standards are met across multiple client sites. Job Responsibilities - * Manage day-to-day operations across multiple security sites * Supervise and support team leaders, supervisors, and security personnel * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site teams * Plan and oversee rotas, staffing, and operational cover * Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations * Produce clear and accurate operational reports * Support business growth and contract retention strategies Personal Requirements - * Previous experience in an operational or management role within the security industry. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Valid SIA licence preferred. * Full UK driving licence required.
