Join Our Team as a STORES ADMINISTRATOR at Aspire Defence Service Limited (ADSL) * Salary: £30,000 per annum plus uniform * Hours: 8:00-16:30 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) No weekends * Location: Tidworth and Bulford Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) is seeking a passionate and results-driven STORES ADMINISTRATOR to be part of our exciting journey. What We Offer: * Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays, with the option to buy and sell holiday * Pension Plan: Contributory Company Pension Plan matched up to 6% * Insurance: Individual life assurance and personal accident cover * Employee Benefits Portal: Access to private medical, private dental, discounted gym membership, and discounted shopping at over 100 brands and outlets * Reward and Recognition: Celebrate outstanding achievements * Employee Assistance Program: Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: * Respond to queries on material availability, delivery status, and stock locations * Use IFS to record stock movements, generate reports, and track order progress * Support Stores Supervisors with urgent job requirements and daily operations * Liaise with Procurement to manage external supplier deliveries and timelines * Help maintain accurate inventory records through stock checks and reconciliations * Attend stakeholder meetings and provide updates on stores and parts status What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: Minimum of five GCSE level (or equivalent) including Grade C in English Language and maths and hold a ECDL (or equivalent) Computer Qualification. Be Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. A NVQ in Business Administration would be advantageous. * Experience: Experienced office administrator with strong organisational and communication skills, with proven experience within a technical or stores administration environment. A proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused approach. Experience of ERP systems (ideally IFS), data entry, and reporting, balancing multiple tasks in a service-driven environment. Experience in defence/FM infrastructure, or MOD contracts is desirable. * Skills: Detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills, technical proficiency in IFS, and a calm, customer-focused approach to prioritising urgent needs and building cross-departmental relationships. * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required. * Security Clearance: security clearance required prior to employment Additional Information: * Our garrisons are tobacco-free working environments. * Security clearance is required prior to starting with us. * We are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate against protected characteristics.
